Fast and Light Redundancy is the latest offering from Activ8me Corporate. We believe businesses today increasing understand the requirement for inter-site connectivity for their regional and suburban sites. Outside of CBD fibre rings, business can expect little more than 98% uptime on corporate data networks, regardless of how much is spent on terrestrial data redundancy. The design of terrestrial networks in Australia creates single points of failure, whether in the duct work, exchange or node.  All terrestrial carriers suffer the same issues of single points of failure.

With the upgrade of the Activ8me Corporate network and constant developments by IPSTAR,  Activ8me Corporate is proud to launch real multi-modal redundancy, completely divorced from points of failure within the Telstra and Optus Networks.

The Fast and Light Redundancy service from Activ8me Corporate includes:

• Network design
• Hardware, 84cm dish and IPstar modem
• Standard installation
• 500mb data per site.  Note: data is aggregated for multiple sites. Excess data is charged at excess rates
• Link Availability of >=99.5% per year

Additionally, FLR can be combined with Activ8me Corporate VPN, Secure and Hosted Voice making FLR a true, secure communications package.
